It's fun to workout with a friend and helps split the cost of having a personal trainer.
When it comes to working out, having a friend to help encourage you can be beneficial. With my help we can schedule training sessions midweek, outside of your personal training times, where you can help motivate each other during cardio sessions, work up a sweat and have a skinny latte and a chat.
